Your son gave me a copy of your book last summer. I'm at our river place and have had some quiet time to enjoy your book. I have been a Christian a long time, but wanted to share with you that this little book really touched my heart.
Thank you so much for writing the book, I feel that God lead you to do so.
Thanks again.

Just wanted to send a note to thank you so much for your beautifully written book. I loved every word of it. You have done a wonderful job putting a story to just a few verses in the Bible. I know this is a book I will read again. Are you working on another one, or maybe a new song? You and Louise are such wonderful friends and not matter how far away we live--the love of friendship will never be far away. Our friendship with you and Louise is PRICELESS!!

- Your book is marvelous and should be on the best seller list! It seems I heard you had written another book also. You will be a busy person, and I must say it's terrific to say I know the author!

- Your book, The Man Called Jesus, was a blessing to me and I am sure many others will find hope and inspiration from reading it. dealing with health problems for awhile now, I have time on Sunday when I was not able to attend church to read the story. I did not stop reading until I had completed the entire book! You made the Gospels come alive and I felt as if I had walked with Jesus and the thief. My spirits lifted and brought me once again to realize how great our God is! I am grateful I had the opportunity to read your book!
In Christian love,

- The author creates a captivating story about the thief on the cross next to Jesus. Tom paints a picture of every detail with words. It's as if you are right there watching the story unfold in real time. This book tells the story of Jesus' redemptive power in the thief's life as it causes you to look inward at your own journey. It walks you through the sin, the remorse, the shame, the guilt, the feeling of needing to hide, and ultimately leads to Glory. Victory over sin and hope in Jesus. I read this book in a day, but the story of redemption and hope will stay with me for a lifetime. These pages are filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Tom has done a phenomenal job bringing to life Hanan, the thief on the cross, who now dwells in Paradise with his Maker. It displays the pursuit and passion Jesus has for His people. We are never out of reach from God to come down and turn our life upside down simply to renew us and bring glory to Him. I encourage you to get your hands on a copy of this book. It's beautifully illustrated with words and the story is powerful. Redemption filled.

- The Man Called Jesus is a moving and a powerful story that you can't put down! Thomas F. Lloyd is an eloquent writer whose words bring the story of Hanan to life! I would recommend this book for small groups, book clubs, and ministry. This story will bring hope and healing. A must read! A perfect gift--light weight feeling, easy to carry around, and feels good in your hand. I also appreciated the font --visually appealing. I had a friend notice the picture of Jesus on the front of the book. She was complementary of the colors they used, noting that it seemed "universal" and that everyone could see themselves in the face of Jesus. I agree. His love for everyone is felt within the story of Hanan.
- I read this book and was blown away. Its a must read and really touched my heart.

- The Man Called Jesus reminds me of Francine Rivers' historical fictions. The book is so captivating and hard to put down. Thomas F. Lloyd writes with such passion about a man that is not often talked about in our Bible studies or sermons and brings his story to life! When reading the book, you find yourself relating to Hanan, the main character of the book. We've all done things in which we wish we could find peace or redemption. We search. We want so desperately to be accepted and feel a sense of belonging. The Man Called Jesus leads you to the truth of Jesus' love. Redeemed! If you enjoy reading the last chapter first, hold off this time! You will be filled with amazement and surprise! I recommend this book for small groups, book clubs, and ministry in which you are sharing the love of Jesus.

- I wanted you to know that Harvey gave me a copy of your book to read. Wow, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have never read a book about the life of Jesus from the perspective of the thief on the cross. When you understand that Hanan was a really just a normal person with the same trials and tribulations as all of us, you have a totally different view of him. It was a true blessing to read your book. Thank you for your hard work and creating this account of Hanan’s life.
